Entire Fleet Solutions was founded to solve a single, repeated problem: vehicles turning up to Australian mine sites and getting stood down at the gate. Retail suppliers didn't understand the specifications. Compliance was an afterthought. Fleet managers were losing weeks to rework.
We rebuilt the model. Every vehicle we deliver is engineered to a documented site specification and signed off before it leaves the workshop. Auto electrical, fabrication, canopy install, IVMS commissioning and compliance documentation all happen under one roof in Brisbane — with qualified installers, not sub-contracted casuals.
Today, we operate as Site Spec Australia — a customer-facing brand that says exactly what we do — while Entire Fleet Solutions remains the legal entity behind the operation.
