What is a Mine Spec vehicle?
A Mine Spec vehicle is a light commercial vehicle engineered and certified to meet the safety and compliance requirements of a specific mining, civil or infrastructure operator — including ROPS/FOPS, isolators, IVMS, communications, lighting and site-specific decal packages.
How fast can you deliver a Mine Spec vehicle?
Standard mine-spec builds complete in 10–14 business days from vehicle arrival at our Brisbane workshop. Stock Mine Ready Vehicles can be delivered in days when timelines are critical.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver fully-inducted vehicles into every state and territory, including remote and regional sites — Pilbara, Bowen Basin, Cape York, Mount Isa, Hunter Valley and beyond.
Can I supply my own vehicle?
Absolutely. Customer-supplied vehicles are welcome. We manage intake, pre-delivery inspection, fit-out and delivery back to your project.
Which site specifications do you certify to?
We regularly build to BMA, BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Glencore, Fortescue, Newmont, MMG, John Holland, CPB, Lendlease and Bouygues civil requirements.
Do you handle vehicle procurement?
Yes. We hold priority fleet allocation across Toyota Hilux and LandCruiser, Ford Ranger, Isuzu D-Max and Mitsubishi Triton — plus light and medium trucks.
What accessories are included?
Standard packages include ROPS, isolators, UHF radio, amber strobes, reverse cameras, LED spot lighting and site-specific reflective decal packages. Custom additions are available.
Do you rectify existing fleets?
Yes. We audit existing fleets against target site specs, provide a written rectification schedule and complete the work in-house.
Can you manage the fleet after delivery?
Yes. Our Fleet Management program covers scheduled servicing, compliance re-certification, IVMS reporting and end-of-life planning.
How is pricing structured?
We offer fixed-price Mine Spec Packages for standard builds, and itemised quotes for custom or project-specific requirements. Volume discounts apply on fleet orders.
What documentation do I receive?
Every vehicle leaves with a serialised compliance folder — component certificates, installer signoffs, IVMS commissioning report and site-ready declaration.
Do you work with Tier 1 contractors?
Yes. We're currently delivering into projects for John Holland, CPB Contractors, Lendlease, Bouygues, Glencore and multiple BHP-operated sites.
Can you handle a 50-vehicle rollout?
Yes. Program-scale mobilisation is core business. A dedicated project manager coordinates staged deliveries against your mobilisation schedule.
Do you offer finance or leasing?
We work with your preferred lease, chattel mortgage or novated lease provider — or introduce you to ours.
What are Mine Ready Vehicles?
Turnkey, pre-built, pre-certified vehicles held in stock at our Brisbane workshop — ready to leave immediately when project timelines don't allow for a full build cycle.
Do you service renewable energy projects?
Yes. We build for utility-scale solar farms, wind projects and battery storage sites across regional Australia.
How do you handle changing site specs?
For fleets rotating between operators, we build to the highest common denominator specification and document variations for each target site.
Is IVMS included?
Yes. IVMS/GPS commissioning is standard on all mine-spec builds, with data feed configuration to your fleet management system.
Do you offer training or induction support?
We provide handover documentation and installer contact for any operator or defect questions post-delivery.
